San Diego made big hits and broke through NOLA’s defensive line several times in the opening 15 minutes, shooting out to a 15-7 lead before NOLA could truly catch their breath. Despite a tight 22-10 halftime score, San Diego Legion exploded in the second half, running rampant through a tired NOLA defense and giving them plenty of opportunities to score tries. In the end, San Diego would score three more tries and secure a vital four-try bonus points that puts them in contention for a playoff spot with two matches remaining in the regular season.
